Outreach privacy notice
This notice explains how Zeetius handles personal data for business outreach sent from the domain zts-sports.com. It supplements the Zeetius Privacy Policy, which covers the Zeetius platform and website. Where the two differ for outreach email, this notice applies.
Who we are

What we hold and where it comes from
For outreach we hold only business contact details:

We do not buy consumer email lists, we do not email personal addresses on purpose, and we do not hold payment, identity or sensitive data for outreach.
Why we process it
We contact people whose public professional role suggests that Zeetius could help their organisation run sport better. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in marketing business software to organisations, balanced against your interests, which is why we limit outreach to work addresses, keep messages short and infrequent, and honour every opt-out. Where local law requires consent for business email, we obtain it before writing.
How long we keep it
- Contacts that never engage are deleted from our outreach lists within 12 months of the last email.
- If you reply or book a demo, your details move to our customer relationship records under the Zeetius Privacy Policy.
- If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not write to you again. That list is never used for any other purpose.
Who else sees it
Our email sending and tracking tool, our mailbox provider and our customer relationship system process the data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell or share outreach data with anyone else. Some of these providers are outside India; where that is the case, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), the UK and EU GDPR, CAN-SPAM (United States), CASL (Canada) or similar laws, including the right to complain to your local regulator. Write to contact@zeetius.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Opting out
The fastest route is the opt-out link in any email from us, or the opt-out page on this site. Replying with the word unsubscribe also works. Requests are actioned promptly and no later than ten days after receipt.
Cookies on this site
zts-sports.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Changes
If we change how outreach data is handled we will update this page and the date at the top.
